No. To maintain standard stylist compensation and operational costs, percentage discounts apply strictly to standard menu hair services and retail products. The following operational items are completely excluded from discounts and must be paid at full value:

• Premium Time Fees: Before-Hours or After-Hours special booking requests.

• Corrective Labor Fees: Excessive Detangling Fees.

• Policy Fees: No-Show Fees, Late Cancellation Fees, or Appointment Adjustment/Fix-it slots.

If you miss your exclusive early window, your booking privileges do not expire. While your Healthy Hair & Scalp Rehab (72-hour early access) and Crown Wellness VIP (5-day early access) memberships grant you the absolute first choice of the upcoming 3-month seasonal calendar, you maintain full access once the public release opens. You will still be able to secure your seasonal rotations from all remaining calendar availability. We simply recommend booking as early as possible, as premium peak slots and specific stylist availability fill quickly.

Membership upgrades are fully supported at any time, but plan downgrades are prohibited. Because membership privileges, seasonal booking protection, and administrative rewards are provisioned upfront, you cannot move to a lower tier or receive partial refunds once your annual term begins.

When you upgrade, you will only pay the prorated price difference for the exact amount of time remaining in your current 12-month billing cycle. Your original renewal date will remain exactly the same.
