No. To protect stylist compensation and operational costs, percentage discounts apply strictly to standard menu hair services and retail products. The following operational items are completely excluded from discounts and must be paid at full value:

• Premium Time Fees: Before-Hours or After-Hours special booking requests, and Bridal services.

• Corrective Labor Fees: Excessive Detangling Fees.

• Policy Fees: No-Show Fees, Late Cancellation Fees, or Appointment Adjustment/Fix-it slots.

While your Hair (72-hour early access) and Crown Wellness VIP (5-day early access) memberships grants you the absolute first pick of the upcoming 3-month seasonal calendar, your booking privileges do not expire. Once the general public release opens, you will still have full access to secure your seasonal rotations from all remaining calendar availabilities. We simply recommend booking as early as possible, as premium peak slots and specific stylist availability may fill up quickly.
